That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the Sub-Committee’s deliberations and decision making at the end of the hearing on the grounds that the business involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act (as amended) and that pursuant to paragraph 10 of Part 2 of the said Schedule 12A the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
